Website Terms of Use

Version 1.2 · Effective 26 July 2026

Summary

1. About these terms

These terms apply to use of cp3maths.com and its public pages, information, links and public TILES interface (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Christian Parkinson, trading as CP3 Maths.

By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. The TILES Algebra Tiles Board is additionally governed by its EULA. Teaching resources are governed by the licence shown with the relevant resource.

2. Permitted use

You may browse the Website and use its publicly available information for lawful personal, educational, classroom, tutoring and internal organisational purposes. Specific software and downloadable materials may carry additional or different terms.

3. Prohibited use

You must not:

If you submit optional feedback, you must be entitled to share its contents and must not include unnecessary personal, confidential or safeguarding-sensitive information. CP3 Maths may use submitted ideas, suggestions and bug reports to improve its products without payment or an obligation to implement them.

4. Intellectual property and licences

Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its protected original materials are owned by CP3 Maths. These materials include source and object code, original software, text, branding, logos, custom SVG icons and icon artwork, animations, interface graphics, visual design and layout, and legal documentation. Components expressly identified as third-party materials remain subject to their respective licences.

Nothing in these terms changes a Creative Commons, TES or other licence expressly attached to a resource. See the Resources Licence page.

5. Educational information

The Website and its tools provide educational support. They do not replace professional teaching, curriculum, assessment, accessibility, safeguarding or supervision decisions. No particular learning or examination outcome is guaranteed.

6. Availability and changes

CP3 Maths may update, suspend or withdraw Website content or features. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, security, hosting, browser, device or network issues. Reasonable efforts are made to keep public information accurate, but it may become incomplete or out of date.

7. External websites

The Website may link to TES and other third-party services. Those services are controlled by their operators and have their own terms and privacy information. A link does not by itself mean that CP3 Maths controls or endorses everything on the external service.

8. Privacy and accessibility

Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Children’s Privacy Notice. Accessibility information and known limitations are described in the Accessibility Statement.

9. Liability and legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to those protections and to the extent permitted by law, CP3 Maths is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, were not caused by a breach of these terms, or arise from unsupported devices, external websites, network failure or decisions made using educational information on the Website.

If you use the Website wholly or mainly for business purposes, CP3 Maths is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, anticipated savings or indirect or consequential loss, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Suspension

Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, users, legal rights or service availability, or where these terms are materially or repeatedly breached.

11. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the Website, its services or applicable requirements change. The version and effective date above identify the current terms. Material changes will be brought to users’ attention where reasonably practicable.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

13. Contact

Questions about the Website or these terms may be sent to support@cp3maths.com.
