Accessibility Statement

Version 1.5 · Reviewed 2 September 2026

Our commitment

CP3 Maths wants its website, TILES, COUNTERS and Is It Prime? to be usable by as many people as possible. The work is guided by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA.

If something prevents you from using the site, email support@cp3maths.com. Please say which page or control caused the problem and what device or assistive technology you were using, if you are comfortable doing so.

1. Current accessibility status

This statement is based on an internal review rather than an independent accessibility audit. CP3 Maths does not currently claim full WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance. It records the present approach and known limitations honestly while improvements continue.

2. Measures already included

3. Known limitations

Spatial manipulative interaction

The TILES and COUNTERS boards are visual, spatial tools. Dragging, arranging and interpreting tiles, counters and algebra discs may be difficult for people who cannot use a pointer accurately or cannot perceive the visual relationships. Many actions have keyboard controls, but there is not yet a complete non-visual equivalent for every drag-and-snap task.

Screen readers and mathematical meaning

Controls are labelled, but a screen reader may not yet receive a complete spoken description of every manipulative’s position, adjacency or resulting mathematical arrangement.

Zoom and very small screens

The boards adapt to smaller screens, but highly enlarged text or browser zoom may reduce the usable workspace available for a complex manipulative arrangement.

Timed play in Is It Prime?

The Easy, Medium, Hard and custom challenges use a visible countdown and change numbers after each answer. This may be unsuitable for some people with cognitive, motor or visual access needs. Practice mode provides the same prime or composite decisions without a time limit and explains an incorrect answer before continuing. It should be used where the timer creates an access barrier.

4. What to do if you need an alternative

Email support@cp3maths.com and describe the information or task you need. CP3 Maths will consider a reasonable accessible alternative or practical support. No sensitive medical information is needed.

5. Compatibility and technology

The site is designed for current versions of major browsers and relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SVG images and WAI-ARIA. Older browsers or devices with JavaScript disabled may not provide the complete app experience.

6. Assessment and review

This statement was prepared on 26 July 2026 and reviewed on 2 September 2026 through an internal review of the current public website, TILES, COUNTERS, Is It Prime? and known limitations, with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the structure recommended by the W3C Web Accessibility Initiative in mind. It does not make a formal conformance claim.

The statement will be reviewed after material interface changes and no later than July 2027.

7. Feedback and complaints

Accessibility feedback may be sent to support@cp3maths.com. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports as soon as reasonably possible.
